How do you ship your prints?

All prints are shipped in protective sleeves.

Prints up to 11"x14" come in sturdy cardboard envelopes. Prints larger than 11"x14" come in tubes.

What are your shipping rates? And do you ship internationally?

We ship unframed prints domestically via USPS for $6 or $9, depending whether your order is more or less than $250. Orders with multiple prints will be grouped together to save you money whenever possible. 

We ship framed prints domestically via FedEx. Prices vary and be seen at checkout.

We ship unframed prints internationally via USPS. If you decline tracking, we ship First Class and charge $10 to Canada, $12 to Mexico, and $15 to the rest of the world. If you'd like tracking info, we ship USPS Express and charge $40 to Canada, $45 to Mexico, and $50 to the rest of the world. We have never had a package that was shipped without tracking information get lost in the mail.

Is there a way to get my print delivered faster?

USPS Express shipping is available for unframed prints.

How long will it take to get my print? 

We ship prints within 5-9 business days.We'll email you once this has occurred.

What if my print is damaged during shipping?

We inspect every print before shipping,taking great care to package them safely. Very seldom do our prints arrive with shipping damage or printing flaws.In the unfortunate event that a print does arrive damaged or flawed, we will replace your print as soon as we are notified and have received proof of the damaged print. Simply take a digital snapshot of the print and email it to us - support@nuruproject.org
